WSAFO respects user privacy and provides a clear process for requesting deletion of personal and business-related data connected to the platform. Users or businesses who wish to delete their data can submit a deletion request through our official support channels or by following the instructions provided in our Data Deletion Policy. Upon receiving a valid request, WSAFO will: - Verify the identity of the requester - Remove associated account and messaging data where applicable - Revoke connected Meta and WhatsApp integrations - Delete stored customer communication records according to applicable legal and compliance requirements Certain records may be temporarily retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or regulatory obligations.
